MY DAILY ROUTINE TO SMOOTH & TONED LEGS
When @schickwomenanz sent me the Schick Hydro Silk razor to test run I thought I'd show you my perfect morning routine for toned, silky smooth legs..including this killer leg workout!
WARM UP:
20seconds High Knees / 10second Rest (repeat 10 times - total 5minutes)
LEG CIRCUIT 1:
Alternate between the below 2 exercises for 4 minutes...
10 x Narrow Squat Jump to Sumo Squat (count each sumo squat)
10 left : 10 right x Reverse Lunge Hop
*Rest for 1 minute
LEG CIRCUIT 2:
Alternate between the below 2 exercises for 4 minutes...
10 x Squat Pulse Tuck Jump (easier variation: Squat Pulse)
10 left : 10 right x Side Squat to Curtsy Lunge
COOL DOWN:
5 minutes of leg stretching
