Physical strength & flexibility are two parts of your fitness that are hard to keep consistent..when you get strong, usually your flexibility suffers πͺπΌπ BUT it's possible to have both!
The key is matching your stretching time to your workout time β° If you workout everyday, you should be stretching everyday! βοΈβοΈ
Niggling injuries? Don't recover well after tough sessions? Don't sleep well? or struggling to keep good technique when you workout?! You're probably not stretching enough!

When I run short on time to stretch after my workout, I make it up in the evening in front of the TV! πΊβΊοΈ A little bit everyday (15-30min) is way more effective then one or two huge stretching sessions a week...you with thrive off consistency!! π
